Built to Order

Your home, not off the rack

A new manufactured home isn't a take-it-or-leave-it purchase. When your home is built to order at the factory, the floor plan is just the first decision — here's what you get to choose.

Layout Options

Rearrange the rooms

Flip the primary suite to the quiet end, swap a fourth bedroom for a den or home office, open up the kitchen island, or add a utility room. Most plans in our lineup offer several factory layout variations.

Finish Options

Pick every surface

Cabinet colors, countertops, flooring, backsplash, fixtures, and interior paint are all selected when we place your order — so the home arrives finished the way you want it, not the way a lot stocked it.

Site & Setup

Delivered and set right

We coordinate transport, leveling, tie-downs, skirting, steps, and utility hookups on your land, and walk the finished setup with you. One point of contact from the order sheet to the front porch.

The Order Sheet

From floor plan to front porch

  1. Choose your floor plan

Browse the plan book online or walk our San Antonio model center. Bring your land details if you have them — we'll flag anything that affects sizing or setup.

  2. Spec your home

Sit down with us and pick layout variations, finishes, appliances, and exterior options. You'll leave with a complete written spec sheet for your build.

  3. Get pre-qualified

We work with lenders who know manufactured housing in Texas. A short application tells you what you qualify for — with no obligation and no pressure.

  4. Delivery & setup

Your home is built at the factory, delivered to your site, leveled, tied down, and finished out. We stay on it until you have the keys and everything works.

Why Buy New

Every home certified to the federal HUD code

Every new manufactured home we order is built in a climate-controlled factory to the federal HUD construction and safety standard — the red certification label on the home is your proof. New means modern wiring and plumbing, current insulation values, full manufacturer warranty, and appliances that have never been used by anyone but you.

We're a family mobile home dealership on US-281 on the south side of San Antonio, and we deliver new homes across South and Central Texas — Bexar, Atascosa, Wilson, Medina, Guadalupe, Comal, and the surrounding counties. If you're farther out, call us; we can usually make it work.

New mobile home floor plan questions, answered

What floor plans are available for new mobile homes in Texas?

New manufactured homes come in three families: single wide plans (one factory section, usually 14–18 feet wide), double wide plans (two sections joined on site, 24–32 feet wide), and triple wide plans (three sections). Within each family, manufacturers offer dozens of layouts from 2 bed / 1 bath up to 5 bed / 3 bath. Our plan book shows one representative model of each type — and we can order many more.

Can I customize a new mobile home floor plan?

Yes — that's the main reason to buy new. Because your home is built to order at the factory, you choose layout variations (like swapping a bedroom for an office), cabinet and countertop finishes, flooring, appliances, and exterior colors before the build starts. Customization options vary by manufacturer and model; we'll walk you through exactly what's available on the plan you pick.

What's the difference between single, double, and triple wide?

It's the number of factory-built sections. A single wide ships in one piece and fits narrower lots. A double wide joins two sections for a wider, more site-built feel with open living areas. A triple wide joins three for the largest layouts — ours runs about 2,584 square feet. More sections mean more space and more layout freedom, and also a larger site and setup requirement.

How long does it take to build and deliver a new mobile home?

Timelines vary with the factory's order queue, your option selections, and site preparation, so we quote a current build window when you order rather than a one-size-fits-all number. Once the home ships, delivery, leveling, tie-downs, and finish-out on a prepared site typically take a few weeks. We keep you updated at every stage.

Do new mobile homes meet HUD code in Texas?

Yes. Every new manufactured home sold in the United States must be built to the federal HUD Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards, and each section carries a red HUD certification label. In Texas, retailers are licensed by the TDHCA — our license is RBI 37928 — and installations must meet state standards for leveling, anchoring, and utilities.

Do I need to own land before choosing a floor plan?

No. Plenty of our customers pick a floor plan first and line up land, or a leased lot in a community, in parallel. If you already have land, bring the details — access, slope, utilities — and we'll confirm which plan sizes fit. If you don't, we can talk through what to look for so your site and your floor plan match.

Where do you deliver new mobile homes?

We deliver and set up across South and Central Texas — roughly a 150-mile radius of San Antonio covering Bexar, Atascosa, Wilson, Medina, Guadalupe, Comal, and the neighboring counties. Delivery for farther sites is often still possible; call us at (210) 441-7040 and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach you.
